March 5, 2016

Spring has arrived at the Inn. The tulips are in full bloom along the side of the road leading into the Inn. The bulbs have all been planted back to their usual little homes. And the Elk have made an appearance recently with a new family member. It looks like a new calf has become part of the heard. The Inn is ready for summer to arrive!

3/2 The weather is clearing up today and things are looking better.

3/1 It is a very wet windy day in Forks!  However the trees love it!

Apples in a new way!

Today we served a caramelized Fugi apple crepe for the first time.  The cinnamon and brandy flavors were spectacular with the sizzling hot apples,  fresh whipped cream and golden brown crepe.  Definitely a new item for the breakfast menu.
